and themes illustrated by Dr.Phil McGraw-Self Matters.
If you can go through his book Self Matters and also
work on the "work-book" I think you will find some solutions more…

I have many guided meditations on cd/mp3, but after I listen to them a few times I know them by heart and my mind ignores them and wanders off somewhere else.
It is the same with the 'mind games' that are supposed to help you sleep. I have tried them all, but I find myself repeating them with one part of my brain while the rest is still busy. more…
