Last evening I sat and saw some movements of the Shotokan Karate class.

My sons are learning Karate at their school. They are beginners, but one of them
has already surpassed whatever little I learnt of Shotokan –way back in the late eighties.

The more advanced students and instructors show dedicated resolve and practice.

Here is an instructor with his advanced students showing how to fend off a hand attack and then retaliate by a knee level kick.

Later in the day, we added the next chapter of our food diary-a lovely dinner..
Sahil (my younger son) thinks and lives through food. Chicken Masala, Pinneaple custard, Chilly Chanas, Mutton Soup with Naan.

Sagar is planning to add to his Tortoise diary of Tripoli by adding two turtles to his collection in Mumbai and also planning a trip to Galapagos (some time in future).

How many lovely angles and forms a diary can take.
